What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website (apjewellers.com), the AP Jewellers rate app for iPhone and Android, and the web app at rates.apjewellers.com, all run by A.P. Jewellers, Agra. By using them you agree to these terms.

Our rates are a guide, not an offer

• The gold rates we show are AP Jewellers' own rates, worked out from the MCX gold price. The final price is confirmed at our counter, at billing.
• Market prices (MCX gold, international gold and silver, the US dollar rate and the share-market indices) come from third-party market-data providers. They can be delayed, interrupted or occasionally wrong. When a price is not live, we say so and show the time of that price.
• Nothing on the website or in the app is investment, trading or financial advice.

Jewellery prices

A piece of jewellery is priced at the day's rate for its purity, plus making charges for the design, plus GST. Stock and rates can change without notice.

Your account

• You log in with a one-time code sent to your phone or e-mail. Never share it with anyone.
• You can delete your account at any time: in the app, open the Store tab and tap Delete Account, or ask us.
• We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the service.

Fair use

You may view and share our rates for your own buying, selling and trade. Please do not copy them in bulk, resell them, or run automated tools against our servers. Businesses that receive our rates feed do so with our written permission.

Offers

Member offers in the app have their own conditions, shown with each offer.

Liability

We work to keep the rates correct and the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from decisions based on the rates, or from any delay, error or interruption. Please confirm any figure with us before you act on it.

Our name and marks

The AP Jewellers name, the AP mark and the content of the website and the app belong to A.P. Jewellers. Please do not use them without our written permission.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the “Last revised” date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction.
