If you receive any defective product, please inform the showroom management within 24 hours with a proper unboxing video.
The goods sold by us are guaranteed for purity and quality. The standard gold used is 99.50 fine gold.
Once sold, jewellery will be exchanged or returned at the current gold rate after deducting making charges.
If any jewellery is damaged due to customer negligence, no return or exchange will be entertained.
For any exchange, gold value will be refunded at the current rate only after deducting 10% to 15% making charges, depending on the jewellery design and condition.
Due to design intricacies, jewellery may appear delicate, but any damage caused after delivery will be the customer’s responsibility. The showroom will not be liable for breakage or loss after purchase.
No item will be accepted for exchange or return without the bill and seal.
Since most of our jewellery is handmade, minor variations may occur. Slight differences in purity, size, or design may be seen between two pieces of the same type.
The purity of gold jewellery will be tested and guaranteed only after a minimum 1-gram fine gold sample test. For example, in a 22K gold ornament, 25% purity loss can occur during testing. Similarly, antique designs often weigh less because the outer coating (polish) wears off during testing.
Jewellery made from FINE GOLD (100% Gold) may appear in 18K form after alloy mixing. Hence, purity may differ slightly depending on the design and finish.
Italian chains and imported jewellery are delicate; please handle them carefully. After wearing, use extra caution as these pieces are fragile.
